i skipped a beat
wteff.
how did this even happen?
i completely overlooked the indigenous peoples of my own country.
i am someone that wants to get to the root of everything so starting with the first people on the land makes all the sense to me- it was always of other lands.
because all i want to be is away from here.
i want to be in a hot climate, adventuring and learning- end of story.
but what makes sense is to dig in here and learn the roots of my own land first before i venture out.
it feels like a set back but it's necessary.
it's an achey, uncomfortable, grounded feeling.
it's a i have to stay here and face the music feeling.
it's an ugh- i have to trust feeling.
it's an i can't get ahead of myself anymore thing.
